Not these days, I was one of the lucky guys who was naturally a big lump with good legs and arms, I trained just about every day as I played rugby league and my training was based around that sport

I'm similar, haven't touched any weights in more than four years, still look ok just a bit smaller in size.... still got good legs though 😉
