Love sprinkling on some chia seeds and sometimes add Biscoff spread or some Nutella. " Ooooh adding the Biscoff and Nutella sounds incredible! I never thought to use yoghurt in it either because I thought it might make them too stodgy. | |||

"I used Flahavan's Organic Oats, mixed 75/25 with semi-skimmed milk and water, leaving it for a few hours to soak. The result is a more consistent and creamy texture. I really need to be more creative with what other ingredients such as matcha powder, chia seeds etc I mix with once it's cooked. Instead it's fresh raspberries, maple syrup, apricot compote, dried jumbo raisins and/or sliced banana. Probably a few times a year - towards Christmas - I'll use heather honey and a splash of whisky (I don't even like whisky but it somehow works!)." I admire using Christmas as an excuse to add alcohol to it 😂 but those sound like great toppings as well! Although I can't get on with dried raisins 😬 | |||
