Morning all hope we are all well?

I’m at the age of where I think I’m at my peak and should be making the most of it maybe?

47 and without sounding big headed probably the best I’ve looked in my life.

Body wise I’d describe myself as a dad bod and I’m led to believe this is the in thing right now?

Plenty of grey hair and all that jazz.

Just need to have more fun.

I feel that this is the age of peakness for me (if that’s actually a word)

Any older I’m past my sell by date ?

Thoughts?

I think I hit my physical and emotional peak in my very early 50s. Trying hard to get back close to where I was after a couple of tough years both from a health and emotional perspective, but I'm still feeling like I'm in the prime of my life.
