This right here is the issue.

The woman will be left holding the baby or dealing with the consequences in some way whereas the male can literally walk away from the situation, so her risk is always going to be greater.

It's a hard thing to trust to another. And that would only be for serious partners going bare. I would hope people in casual situations would continue to use it with condoms for disease control.

I wouldn't trust anyone man to take the pill, their likely to forget but I think it's a good idea for couples where the woman can't take contraception. Thank God those days have been long over for me
