"Imagine if they'd been any good. " I was hearing them free and the sets sounded like they wanted to make history. It was like a story, start to finish. Even with a Manc accent, they sounded classy.

"Absolutely amazing...wish I could see them. I think they're better now than ever. Liam is the goat! A band that headlined a generation and will go down in history as one of the biggest most influential bands on the planet...as you were..." Who did they influence?

A band that headlined a generation and will go down in history as one of the biggest most influential bands on the planet...as you were... Who did they influence?" Didn't they have a good relationship with The Verve in the early days, later supporting The Blossoms.. from google Travis, The Enemy, Stereophonics, The Killers, The Libertines, Kasabian, Arctic Monkeys all saying their songwriting, sound, performance influenced their acts. How you can say one of the biggest bands of a generation (like them or not) with the hits they've had haven't had influence is a bit daft. On some level they obviously would have.
