Won't Meet Smokers?

Out of curiosity, lately we have had messages from people asking to meet etc. Then when we look at their profile & notice they won't meet smokers I message them back & point this out & they never message back, lol

So does this happen often to you lovely people or is it just because we come from the planet Zorg

I get this alot although most of mine message back saying they will meet and over half the won't meet smokers I have met have turned out to be smokers

We get it a lot and tend to point it out have also met people at parties who play with smokers when in their profile say they don't meet them find it strange why put it up in the first place..

Those claiming to be non smokers forget that those of us who really don't smoke can smell it and taste it.

In a club situation I won't kiss anyone but the person I'm with that night.

yes plenty of non-smoking smokers about .....we get messages back:You don't look a typical smoker .....I/we smoke when with other smokers.....when d*unk....it's not set in stone....don't know how to change our/my profile....

Thing is:it makes me uncomfortable + therefor we wont arrange a private meet.They/he/she might get lucky if by chance we in same Club or at a party.

When I see people clubs, those returning from the outdoors smoking area never seem too short of willing participants to play with. I'm guessing that most preferences are a preference, and not an absolute cast-iron rule.

I'm anon smoker but not against meeting them as long as they respect my wishes n don't smoke in my house n hav some mints to take the taste away afterwards incase more fun ensues other wise I ma as well snog a ashtray

Im not worried about meeting a smoker. Although I had a meet once with a guy who pretty much chain smoked before and after sex, now that was gross! !

I guess a blanket 'don't meet smokers' would prevent having to ask the person to not smoke during the meet and use mints!!

We get messages like that regularly! when we point out to them that they wont meet smokers the normal reply is "Oh sorry that was a mistake i smoke myself and will meet smokers"!

Sort of just makes them then sound desperate for a shag!!!!!

We are non smokers and prefer not to meet people who smoke and it says this on our profile right at the beginning, but we still get messages from smokers.

When we point out that we "don't meet smokers" we often get back "sorry we didn't notice that"

We recently had two messages from the same couple (smokers) in space of 6 hours asking to meet, when we polity turned them down, we was asked "why"

We are both bi, but get messages from people who say in their profile "we don't meet couples if the man is bi"

So if you do or don't meet smokers or meet bi people or not, there are people who just don't bother reading profiles.

We get this a lot and still turn them down because we prefer to meet smokers then we don't feel uncomfortable smoking when they are there

The amount of people that say they don't smoke, but do.. I find funny. Most people make an effort not to smell/taste of cigs for non-smokers, so should be disgused n decided as adults, on a way foreard... Not that i can speak on this as a smoker... Cos i'm not lol. xx

We modified our profile because of this, and yet we still get winks and messages from profiles that state "wont meet smokers"

We try our best to be considerate to non smokers, but why should we want to meet someone who is publicly stating they are intolerant to us?

As a comparison, we only do safe sex, so we wouldn't dream of sending a message to someone who insists on bareback.

A case of over enthusiastic people who only read what they want to see. In the past, when Sandra was still smoking, guys have even got back to us saying that they could make an exception ! A case of the little head doing the thinking I would say.

We both smoke state it on our profile. We happily meet non-smokers - wont smoke in their house but in mine sorry we smoke and wont hide it. We do open a window or door etc but we are smokers and will smoke.

People say about the taste well I dont like the taste of drink - it simple i dont snog them lol. However the same rule applies people say they are social drinkers but actually drink a lot during a meet. We state social drinkrs as we both are - can take it or leave it.

I think people often change to suit the person to be honest. We both try to think of the others but as I said we do state on our profile and when talking to the person that we smoke so it is then up to them.

No I still won't meet smokers even if you was Gerald Butler (ok that's a lie I'd still meet him)
