Orsett hall, Wivenhoe house, rectory manor, ivy hill and greenwoods hotel are all supposed to be nice, not stayed there but people I know that have all had good things to say

Love a nice hotel and stay away regularly for work.

Some gems out there and once I find a good one in a location I often return and it’s nice when you’re recognised by staff

. But yes, amazing food. I still dream of the cod in lobster bisque I had. Plus baileys creme brulee for dessert 🤤
