Mental health check in 22/07/2025

near Putney Heath

Another full on day.

Woke up late from the usual crappy sleep.

took two buses and one tube to NHS Mental Health Support group. This is why disabled people have a pass.

Only had 2 cups of tea...didn't drink my herbal tea for anti-inflammatory perimeno/neurodivergent stress- tumeric and rooibos.

Support group got a bit heated but I saw someone I missed from previous mental health encounters in the borough so that was nice to see them and have a hug. Me awkward autism asking permission for hug. other person going full in! Lol!

Breakfast with Lidl protein bar, fibre bar and oat bar and slimfast shake. Portable, vile tasting but better than nothing...considering I'm taking anti-Ds, Multivitamin and minerals and hair vitamins. Do not take them on empty stomach.

Grabbed hair products for my potential alopecia ( dermatology biopsy to be done when the NHS gets through the cancer patients- long wait) and grabbed a grilled chicken wrap. 6 quid! but it was filled with giant juicy chunks of chicken so will buy again.

wolfed it down on bus to trainer. Omg need to pee and we train outdoors near no toilets...Consider sneaking in nearest pub for a wee..managed to hold it during work out and on my 4th bus of the day all the way home.

Come home, crash for an hour.

Call Acas. Refuse to do training for free while I'm off sick for my head manager. It may go against me but I no longer care. Too many spoons to look for job and do training and try to recover my physical and mental health!

Head office has appointed a top law firm to rip my employment tribunal claim to shreds. Yeah.

Fall down the rabbit hole of reading previous employment case law judgements against and for the current employer on dot gov websites.

Give up and come on Fab to reply to people and see how everyone else is doing.

Dinner is...pie in sky.

I need a wank...to release some tension at least.

Positives: juicy chicken wrap and seeing a person that I missed and getting a bear hug from them. Not dying or peeing myself during training. ( Major middle-aged woman achievement) Coconut water. Not getting wet from the rain. Whatever, I'm going to binge watch tonight.
