How do you decide to reply any?

Or do you not bother?

If you do, how many conversations do you have on the go at once?

I have 40 something since probably Wednesday and I’m naff a replying but I have instadeleted a few.

The friends mail box is a great tool and helps make sure we don’t miss anything from them.

We do have a few conversations with new people open and respond quickly when active

If I receive a "Hi" or a photo of a quim I don't bother replying. (The latter is a rarity, thankfully)

I have a small number of conversations going at any one time. I delete a lot of messages though. Anything sexual straight away, anything that looks boring, anything that is copy/pasted. When it's just one question in their message? I'll delete that.

I try to strike up conversation with people whether it be relating to a status or something in their profile but 99.999998% of the time, no reply.

0.000001% I'll get a reply but then conversation ends as they never reply again.

As a woman I think it’s crazy different:

Over 2000 unread messages at the moment which is mental..

It’s hard to catch a good message when 90% of the inbox is 💩

I try and respond to any that stand out, but worry a lot of the good ones do get lost which is a shame x

I get a few. I'm more likely to reply to them if they're not solely about sex. If they give me something to work with. If I'm interested in talking to someone in that moment. Or if I'm ovulating.

Oh and if they're okay with me not replying to them daily. I hate the inane small talk just to have something to say. To be in touch.

We’ve now blocked single guys from messaging, we can’t be doing with guys who knuckles drag in the dirt and there idea of a conversation is quite frankly nonexistent. My inbox is pretty constant, replying depends on my mood and the quality of their message.

FABmin is very time consuming and usually after a couple of wines the 'delete all' button comes into play

if someone shoved their naked privates in my face and spoke to me when i have made it clear** i won't be speaking to anyone shoving their privates in my face and only talk to people coming to me as you would irl aka showing your face, then yes, I'd absolutely ignore them and that's what i do here too.

I don’t even read those asking to meet or telling me what they would do to me. They’re straight forward delete and block. Unless I’ve had a particularly good day, then they get the benefit of the doubt and just delete
