Oh man,

Just when you think you've had a decent nights kip - wake up feeling like death...

Anyone else get it bad?

I use to suffer quite badly with hay fever.

I then tried something, it worked & now I hardly suffer at all.

I washed all my clothes using wash balls. I was amazed of how much washing powder came out of already clean clothes.

I then re-washed them 3 times using only Ecover.

Then I washed them again with the wash balls & from then on I only wash my clothes etc in Ecover.

Nowadays I rarely get the dreaded days of endless sneezing, streaming eyes etc.

It has worked for me & whatever triggers your allergy is worth looking into

If you eat locally produced honey it will reduce your symptoms.

Works for me anyway.

That's true, luckily for us we have a lady who produces honey & we use it all the time.
