Post event drop

Yarm

Just coming back from the last two amazing weekends. House of Debauchery two weeks ago and last weekend I was at a festival. Feeling the drop massively but know I should stay in and rest.

How do you guys deal with post event drop? I find myself looking for events to avoid it but know I'll just burn out.
