If you have messaged someone... Say over a week ago or even longer perhaps... and you see there online but you message still hasn't been read then what do you do? Do you message them again and try to be acknowledged or just carry on being patient lol

I'd be patient, if they haven't deleted message straight away good sign maybe. Always other women to message on here. Good luck

Well if it helps you any.. I don't get the chance to read all my mail, so I would like the guys to keep mailing me till i get a chance to respond, also...I don't delete any mail, can't be arsed!

Yeah, some women may get annoyed and block you for pestering them, but fuck'em...there's always more women!

Yawn. ....some people on here feel that because they are in the majority, they can act as they wish...its about time we took a stand against the persecution! If it were a nice young lady then the story would be different. ....many girls demand perfection yet look far from if.....sorr it out hey lol

I find it strange people seem to concentrate so much on their sent messages. Stalker behaviour towards someone who hasn't acknowledged your existence is a worry on a site like this.

Can't a person eagerly check their mail has been read without it being viewed as sinister?

My advice is to stop checking your sent box! If she's interested, she'll reply. She might have looked at your profile first without opening the message. Or she might be saving it to read when she has time-don't forget that single women can get completely inundated. Either way, don't message again as it smacks of desperation.

My advice would be to move on and stop worrying. If you're the type to keep checking your sent box, delete the message from there so you can't see anything

We both use our mobiles and tend not to log off so will generally show we are online most of the time, so it may look like we are here but we aren't, maybe others do the same and thats your answer

I think sometimes people read to much into things and assume they are being ignored

Oh and also as a couple with a join profile I tend not to open a new mail from a conversation Donna has been having with someone if that makes sense

I would send another one if they don't reply to tht move on.i don't always have time to reply to every message it would be a full time job.hence we lose some .if some one says i dint reply to one in a second message i always apologise .poppyxx
