BIG prostate and tamsulosin 400mcg

I've posted about this b4

Saw the do again monday

changed med to tamsulosin 400mcg side effects becuse the previous meds was making me feel very faint when going to stand up and dizzy

taking tamsulosin 400mcg since monday - first two days ok but day 4, feeling faint and bp low as my is usally at the higher end of normal

I'm not going to take the tablet tomorrow

and will take the day after and then miss a day and again the next day. Hopefully that may still help my urine flow and reduce dizziness etc

what do you think?

(NB: I'm see the doc the earliest appt was next week Thursday)

The last lot of meds same side effects came off them after several weeks my urination problems became a lot worse but the light headiness and low bp went away the next day

I have an enlarged prostrate. And my problem was 5 minutes after drinking Tea or water I was desperate for a pee.

After all the tests I was told I had an enlarged prostrate and a tablet called Finasteride was prescribed. My GP told me if my nipples itched stop taking them as I will grow breasts. I read the info lable it said may cause impotence and lack of sperm production. I had plenty of sperm before taking them. What it should say will instantly turn you into Mr floppy and all you will see is urine.

Another side effect listed was depression. After a week I stopped taking them fr when I looked online the are female hormone tablets. I told my GP to keep them. I now buy holistic tablets online. frequency of urinating is vastly diminished. And I can sleep through the night without needing the toilet.

many thanks - Frinstead I refused to take it becuse of the possible side eefect

the cunrent meds ging me dry ejecualtions

but i still get the full pleaser and not the mess - mrs funnily feels more comfortable - not noted and erection probs with the current stuff - peeing a little less but flow has massively improved

btw - i now only drink decaf coffe and tea it helps and dont do fizzy drinks as those to exacerbated the problem

Have you heard of Aneros prostate massagers? They were initially designed for people with benign prostate hyperplasia to administer a prostate massage at home, to alleviate the symptoms. Basically milking the prostate to reduce the swelling. For some people with swollen prostates it has really helped.

It helps that a side effect of use, happen to be earth shattering prostate orgasms.

I can only speak for the side effects, but I’ve read a lot of good things about their intended use.

I should also add that I do not work for Aneros and gain nothing from promoting them. I just know that they might help. I can point you in the direction of information or resources if you like
