Used to live near a fish&chips shop in Cardiff where I always used to get a large cod and chips with mushy peas in a box and it was always huge. All for £5. Used to treat myself to a pickled egg on the side 😋

Yeah I get them in yorkshire but as soon as you head north they have no idea. Same as brown chippie sauce- seems to be a scottish thing only - not in English chippies
