For me it just my release helps to keep me sane its my happy place where i just stick on the headphones and just me against me

I go before work, so I don't have the excuse of being too tired. It also helps to get me motivated for my working day.

I go during my lunch break - but when I’m tired I think “get in, get it done, get out”. Even if I reduce my weights slightly!

I think for me.. Routine is just key. Having set days and a set time and sticking to it. As soon as I don’t it’s hard to get the momentum again. Good luck 🍀

I make myself go. As you get older it becomes more important to not skip the gym. It's harder to get results so you need to be consistent
