Seeing someone naked on a roof terrace or garden

Now living in Spain - Vistabella

So we live in Spain and are gradually adjusting to living with the heat. I still wake up around 2am - 4am hot and usually go up onto our terrace to cool off for 20 mins or so.

At that time there is rarely anyone about so being naked doesn’t worry me. About a week ago I did see another guy naked on his roof but it was so far away it wasn’t an issue and a couple of nights ago a woman walked past walking her dog ( I’d not spotted her ) - she looked up and then looked away

So just wondered what people’s opinions are - if you were out in the early hours and saw someone naked on their terrace or garden would you be offended or not bothered?

I’m a tower crane operator 🏗️ and it always amazes me how many people are unaware or enjoy the fact that people around them can clearly see them.

Even with people on balconies which are over looked by neighbouring buildings have no issue letting it all hang out.

I suppose as long as it’s not offending people or is inappropriate then each to there own

Much more environmentally friendly to just be naked rather than run aircon, maybe should check spanish law on being seen naked in this situation.

Yes I’d check the Spanish law. Seeing as their officers carry guns you wouldn’t want to get on the wrong side of them.

My understanding of Spanish law is that it is quite legal to be naked as long as it doesn’t offend ( I.e. not in front of children and your not committing a sexual act) so being naked on your property at 2am is perfectly legal

I don't think anybody's bothered about seeing naked ladies, we all know what breasts look like and female genitalia are not generally on display, but for men being seen naked is a no no, somebody will always take offense

If you read some of the recent threads a lot of people dont find women being naked in inappropriate situations acceptable either

I think it's wise to be aware that not everyone finds nakedness acceptable. However on your own property and in a situation where you could expect to be private I can't see a problem

I have to agree - being on my terrace at 2am naked just cooling off is fine for me ( we do visit naturist beaches a lot though so nakedness is comfortable for us ) - was just interested to get other people’s thoughts

I appreciate that this site may not be the best place to ask though lol

I lived in Spain for years. They are perfectly fine with nakedness. Makes me laugh how uptight the brits are about it. Most people don't realise it's perfectly legal to be naked in public in the UK. I take advantage of that law as often as possible.
