It's best not to reply to messages you're not interested in. If you reply with a no thanks you're far more likely to get an abusive message, as you have done. He probably sends 20-30 messages a day and if you didn't reply he'd probably forget about the sent message. Unfortunately some people don't take rejection well. It's actually in the sites FAQs that no reply is a polite no thanks. If they send a second message when you haven't replied to the first one, then block them.

We have had it with a few younger men, we say no one under 36 on our profile, but they get all shitty and give it large. Thing is , if they met us in real life down Asda they'd probably wouldn't say anything. Keyboard warriors who can't take no for an answer.

Don't reply to anyone you've no interest in. That way youre guaranteed no abuse feom people when they're rejected.

I find it really unnerving behaviour, really strange that when someone says no thanks it promotes a reaction like that?

If it was reported could they not be banned, by the site?

Maybe these types of people would be weaned out?

I find it staggering and a little upsetting that some people can be this low.

I used to have a cut n paste reply to crappy messages which you’re welcome to use. Along the lines of:

“Thank you for your message but it has been deemed too boring to answer”

it probably comes from a mindstate of insecurity and entitlement, but as others have said, just report and block, tis all one can do

it certainly makes me feel disappointed at moments, at the fact we can express these kinds of behaviours onto others

I really don't get it as a married man on here I get rejected or ignored a lot of they reply and that's a big if I just say happy fabbing and move on and tbh I've started blocking them so I don't end up messaging them again as they have said no. If they don't reply I'm starting to do the same but my blocklist is getting massive. I never know what to right in a first message so it's normally an intro based on their profile and include a face pic .

Also had it from couples and women. People forget we are all human. Just because you’re hidden behind a screen doesn’t mean you can’t be a decent person.

I got one message asking me to play with Daddy (clearly hasn’t read my bio), and then when I hadn’t replied (because I hadn’t been online), received a second message which called me a bitch and telling me I needed teaching a lesson.

Obviously I reported and blocked.
