I am doing stuffed veg for this eve, big red tomatoes and red peppers to be precise. Not quite sure what kind of stuffing to go for so hoping you help me decide. Will you go with one the three I am thinking or would you suggest something different. Thanks

A. Simple but flavorful mixture of rice, breadcrumbs, garlic, onions, and herbs.

B. Greek-style mixture of mince meat, rice, onions, garlic, oregano and fresh herbs.

C. Spinach and goat's cheese

with garlic and herbs

D. Other

Sure but will you still do if I pick one of Mrs NC options as leaning towards one of those at the moment.
