Anyone else just put these on and transport themselves to another universe by listening to fucking amazing music and any other odds and sods? It’s the best thing ever

I have two pairs the original Bose QC 35s and some Sony ones, mostly for planes, trains and leg days in the gym. Yes, it totally transports me to another place….

I’m looking out for some premium inner ear noise cancelling for travelling a bit lighter

They’re absolutely essential on planes!!!! It’s unbelievable the difference they make. They’re a complete necessity whenever I go abroad these days

I love my AirPods for the noise cancellation but think they’re on the way out unfortunately. Anyone got suggestions for new ones preferably not over head headphones

Agreed, and I’ve tested about 20! The only slight advantage of the Sony ones over QC 35 is that the cable to plug your QC35 into the adapter to watch to movies on a plane with NC on has a premium gold 2.5mm plug for superior quality. So replacing it costs more.

I’ve had my QC 35 that Long and use them that much that the material began to disintegrate but I was able to get it replaced and they are like new again must be 10 years old at least I’m still working perfectly.

You should try over the air noise cancelling - QC35 - it’s a game changer compared to AirPods. Even if you don’t wanna listen to music, you can just experience silence or very low level green noise or white noise you cannot do this with AirPods.

Love em! I have the Sony WH-1000XM6 and they are, to me anyway, the absolute puppy's privates.

Anyone not wanting to be quite as gung-ho with their pennies then the much more affordable Sony WH-CH720N are still really good too.

I trialled Sony's 1000mx5 offering.

They may be my next purchases with my much loved Sennheisers being shelved as a result.

I love my Sennheiser MOMENTUM True Wireless 3 ear buds, the ANC+ feature is amazing without compromising on sound quality.

I had a pair of Bowers & Wilkins PI5 but they were temperamental. (Their speakers are exceptional though)

Wear them at home, but can't in the gym, makes my ears sweaty

Can't do ear buds

Definitely makes a difference in sound quality and drifting off to another planet

I love my Sony WF-1000XM5 earbuds, worth every penny.

I've recently discovered 8D audio, which sounds amazing with them.

Nothing beats my Sony Wh1000xm5 but I am about to upgrade to the WH1000XM6.

I also have the WF1000xm5 which is the best noise cancelling ear buds I have tried.
