The thing is with fwb especially on a swinging site is there may always be others.

If you want a fwb to be loyal to you then you're bordering on relationship status.

Have you had a conversation about your concerns?

There will be people out there looking for the same though, we'd prefer a regular fwb rather than putting it about but obviously couldn't just expect the same from anyone we do decide to meet off here unfortunately.

Sounds to me like you both have different aspirations for any kind of 'relationship', be that FWB or as you say, more.

It's not theoretically impossible to find someone that will agree to a monogamous relationship, but since this is a swinging website, you want a FWB which by definition doesn't entail any commitment above friendship and sex and you're asking yourself if you're in the right place....maybe you're right and this isnt the right place for you.

ENM relationships arent for everyone. Any kind of jealousy or possessive behaviour will rltend to end them rapidly. If you can't accept a FWB sleeping with someone else, then how hard would it be for you if you were actually in a relationship with someone?

Fwb is just a way to have someone without commitment which also means exclusivity is not included. If you want someone who isn't 'loose' step into more dating arrangements. You can't have the best of both worlds unless you're both willing to lock it off.

It sounds like you're incompatible. Describing someone as having a "loose" swinging lifestyle isn't exactly great - so you're not too nice and naive, you're just incredibly not suited.

I don't think there's anything wrong with people only wanting to meet one FWB. People do it all the time. Maybe they want that level of exclusivity and friendship. Maybe they're incredibly jealous/ territorial and don't want them meeting others. As long as you're not harming anyone, I don't see any harm in it.

Just make sure you're both on the same page. As it stands currently, you're chapters apart.
