I think the equivalent of female chastity would be the removal or denial of the ability to self orgasm.

So maybe some sort strait jacket or restraints to remove the ability to give yourself release.

People playing with orgasm denial is pretty popular, so if it was a major turn for you watching your partner with another woman while you watched but where restrained from playing with yourself.

Or just really submissive and ordered not to touch yourself, it’s easier than you think to be honest.
