Most of us hoard to some degree, I know I've got items in my loft that I hang onto which range from stuff from my teenage years thru to clothes and accessories that I want to keep.

You have to be really strict with yourself at times and get rid of things. Some people struggle to let things go and attach sentimental value to everyday objects such as packaging from products. It's amazing how quickly that can spiral out of control.

I know someone who doesn't clean .. but I think whats happened is its got so bad she doesn't know where to start

They need help not criticism
