If anyone is interested in going for an evening run or bike ride around Milton Keynes — particularly near the lakes, Blue Lagoon, or other scenic areas — feel free to get in touch. I’m usually out in the evenings between 7 and 10 PM, on both weekdays and weekends.

Whether it’s simply for fitness, for fun, or to see where a good conversation might lead — all good intentions are welcome. Couples or solo female cyclists/runners are especially encouraged to reach out.
