At 10p I’m unsure but brioche in general is amazing! I’d go pate and toasted myself

"French Toast!"

Eggs, cinnamon, vanilla extract, whip it all up. Top it up with syrup, berries and whipped cream 😋

Bath / Reading / Yeovil

Leave it outside for 11hrs, 28degrees. Fantastic doorstop.

Ohhh I love brioche anything!

Toast it on the lightest setting just to crisp it off.

The the tiniest smudge of english mustard and a slice of ham.

Or bacon butties.

Or just butter the toast.

Jam.

Nom nom nom

It's probably my favourite breakfast but it's so much effort, I can barely be arsed to ever make it 😅

I chopped it into small cubes. Lightly fried in unsalted butter. chopped up an apple.

Chopped a banana.

Dollop of vanilla ice cream.

Drizzled a little honey over it all

Never had brioche bread, but I’ve started buying brioche buns to have burgers in, lightly toasted with some chilli jam then add the burger.
