Has anyone ever setup a blind meet and turned out to know them?

Just curious has anyone ever setup a blind meet only to realise they know them?

How does this usually go is it a shock, do you still go through with it?

I kind of find it hot that this could happen, but equally scary.

Anyone care to share any experiences?
