"Why are you? " I'm unsure about everything. Lol! Unfortunately it comes from trauma. I just live with it. Especially when you get to my age a lot of people have baggage/ previous unpleasant experiences. Swinging and kink has taught me a lot actually in a weird way. I can say I'm unsure or uncomfortable and that's ok. It's checking in with your play partners and being risk-aware of your own limitations and setting your own boundaries. I let people know I can get triggered and have episodes and it's not due to them. It's just something that can happen randomly. One of my play partners is very good. He's calm and he's put me in the recovery position before. | |||
