" I give way to my right on roundabouts, if they have right of way or it would impede the flow of traffic if I didn't . I usually judge the situation according to circumstances. If they don't move and it is safe to do so, I go. I don't give way if it isn't safe for me or them. If there is a police car in the vicinity, I park wait until they have gone before commencing to drive incorrectly again.  | |||

That's it. You and I can marry now. I decided this afternoon that you were the only one on the thread that understood how to drive. COMPETENTLY and SAFELY! I live on a tight bend where people repeatedly stop on the main carriageway and flash for me to move out. I sit and wait and then they drive past me looking furious like i'm the idiot ...... If they'd just keep going , I could finish my manouvre without driving into oncoming traffic.... they are blocking my view ....... idiots | |||

" That’s a very vague question with multiple variables. A mini roundabout is the tricky one when a car hits the give way line in all approaches at the same time. All have right of way at the same time as none having right of way. I tend to be the one who moves first solving the conundrum | |||

I tend to be the one who moves first solving the conundrum " I think you’ll find a mini roundabout has the exact same rules as a larger roundabout the highway code specifies who is to give away to who, you should know this | |||

I’ll wait for quite a long time because indecisive drivers cause crashes Either decide to go or decide to stop and then stick with that decision. I give way on steep hill if someone is coming up and there are lots of parked cars it’s just easier for me and I’m never in a rush. I don’t give away junctions because it’s dangerous and causes crashes, and can result in points on your license if you get caught. " When I refuse to move, it is not indecision it is a definite decision. The should not stop on the main carriageway to let me do a right turn , when the traffic has not come to a complete stop .... it's my decision not to move. Put simply, it's my car, i'm driving it, I make the decision when to pull out. Q for you Notts. If someone flashes me and I pull out and there is an accident , who is to blame? | |||
