Every couple of weeks, I include in a roasted vegetable sauce I make which I can then pair with chicken/beef and pasta. Finished with a drizzle of truffle oil.

And they will always be courgettes to me.

Doesn't add much joy to a dish but quite like in on a kebab when on a bbq. Maybe a couple of years?.... i never like it in other dishes like pasta. Often it's a soggy mess.
