Yesterday my ex's partner passed away from brain cancer. So unfair cos she'd finally found someone to love her like I should have.

Yesterday was also the sixth anniversary of the death of a very close friend who succumbed to breast cancer. She was the most beautiful soul you could ever meet.

Every year that date kicks my arse.

I've lost too many friends and family to the devils disease. My nephew passed away. Yesterday would have been his 16th. My best mate back home currently has it. Just lost use of his legs. I wouldn't wish it on anyone.

The vile thing is rife in my family killed 2 grandparents, my dad, 2 aunties, my uncle and took my large intestine off me years ago. Horrible illness

I totally sympathise with you and your family. It's a hard hit to take and it doesn't get any easier.

I've lost 3 close family members to cancer and it hurts like hell.

I feel most for the sufferers, given life then cut short by a disease from hell.

On some cases getting a reprieve only for it to come back with vengeance, that's evil.

Keep your chin up mate hopefully it's the last of your losses now.
