I don’t have ADHD, but I’ve used Mel Robbins stuff to get stuff done faster, she uses like a three second rule or five second blast off. I’ve seen now ADHD communities getting behind this approach. It’s a small mental meditation counting down from 5 to one imagining a rocket preparing to blast off and when it hits one, you just move your body and start the task. You then gain momentum from the task itself. Good luck - read her book , if you can stay focused enough ![]() | |||

"Fucked if I know mate, will watch for ideas though. I do find exercise clubs the ADHD " 100% helps with focus but also with general mental help | |||
