Hello beautiful fabbers.

So my question to you is… when the sun is shining is your mood improved? Are you a ‘get outside and enjoy it’ kind or a ‘it’s too hot and bask in the shade’ type??

And give me your fave thing to do when the sun is shining….

East Sussex

I think my mood is often lifted by sunshine.

I spend as much time outside as possible in the summer anyway and my favourite thing to do in the sunshine is sit in the garden with a cup of coffee. Rock N roll?

Here, There & Everywhere

Yes yes yes. My bedroom faces east, so on a sunny morning I feel it on my face before I'm awake ☺️ I'm a sun baby - born in August, childhood birthdays on the beach...cake too (what the hell was my mother thinking? 🙄😂). These days I have to seek shadier spots. Since Melanoma in '22 my skin can no longer tolerate the full blaze of the sun, despite being smothered top-to-toe in SPF50 🤷‍♀️ But I still love a sunny day...makes me feel so much happier 😁

We’re both better outside. Fresh air and daylight whenever we can. Exercise, chilling, having a little play. All feels better out of doors.

I tend to hid as much as I can when the sun is out I fear more sun damage to my sun I don’t want to end up looking like a dried up raisin when I’m more older I know

Definitely love the sunshine.

Nothing better than getting the bike out and enjoying some of our beautiful countryside, (unless it's on roads I know very well where my riding can be a bit 'spirited')

Those of you who ride will know just how much fun 'twisties' can be in the summer.

Early morning coffee in the early sunshine sounds bliss
