Evening all! I've booked a week off in August however I've got absolutely no idea how to use it! I was thinking about booking a room somewhere with some nice scenery for a couple of days but I'm not really sure where to go? Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hi, J. Cornwall is a lovely part of the country and not too far for you. Have a lovely time wherever you decide to go.

Cotswolds is nice but a bit close to home? West Wales is always nice if the weather is on your side!

Depends what you’re after …

Short breaks - Edinburgh, Brighton, Bristol, York

A bit further afield I recommend Marrakesh, Bulgaria & Madrid

"Sussex and Kent have some lovely spots, how about Scotland?"

Scotland's a bit far for a couple days away, in my head at least I'd end up wanting to roam around the countryside for weeks so it's on the books for a longer trip! As for Kent I grew up there and have only just gotten the last of the hops out of my hair lol!
