Was it a social? Was it at yours? Was it a man, woman, couple ect...

I'll ask the usual questions.

When you say 'arrange to meet' do you mean it's someone that said yes after just a couple of messages on here, or someone that you'd initially chatted with on here, then spoke to on the phone or video chatted, maybe met for an initial social and who you'd verified was a real person face to face and identified definite interest and attraction in eachother and mutual interests?

Because no shows are a lot more common if the first method is used and far less likely with the latter......🤔🤷‍♂️

And not just women do this, men too! Had a lovely hotel and arranged a meet, last minute excuses!! As a woman it’s easy easy to get men to chat to you, but to actually get them to have the balls to meet is just a joke!

I've not had this happen. Could it be that you haven't chatted for long enough? I'm always pretty certain that when I arrange something they'll turn up as we've chatted for some time.

So for others reading this thread does this happen a lot?

I don’t mind an honest cancellation, real life comes first.

The only time wasters I’ve really experienced are usually the dirty talk merchants, or guys pretending to be couples.

I’ve gotten better at spotting it though.

I’ve had the other side of it, being hassled for not meeting them then when the time comes where I would be free, no reply. Couple months later, “why haven’t you been round yet?” 😂 can’t win but it is funny
