Time to do as little as possible whilst lazing on a hot sunny beach with a cocktail in one hand and a good book in the other!!

I don't count it as a holiday unless I am abroad and have a sun lounger at my disposal..

Throw in a bit of scuba diving and it is a GREAT holiday..

Time at home just not at work isn't a holiday, it is just time off work...

Agreed. We went to Wales recently but I don't class that as a holiday... If I don't get on a plane or it isn't at LEAST hot and sunny with a nice beach (British waters don't count - You couldn't pay me to swim in British water!), than it isn't a holiday for me.
