Just becareful if you take certain kinds of medication in this heat. Can cause dehydration and over heating quicker.

The list was mostly antidepressants

I saw an alert about this yesterday and realised some medication I take daily was on the list. Explains a lot 😅

Makes me feel less bad about hating the hot weather and not being a sun worshipper.

Be careful all, make sure you drink plenty of water and keep in the shade!

I don't take any medication, I'm high on life 😁 but I think we can agree that in this weather, we should all be drinking more beer! Stay Hydrated!🥪
