Well I like a good cheddar but a good one as there are lots like rubber in the shops .And a nice blue as I make lots of things with Danish Blue cheese ,

Cashel blue.

A lot of cheese threads recently, is cheese the latest way to attract swinging partners ? If so I've got a fridge full and I'm not afraid to share. There's no jealousy issues between me and my cheese, just make sure you bring some of your own. We are a full cheese swap couple. Ju is bicheesual but B prefers his cheese straight.

I'm apprehensive about revealing my cheese preferences here.

It may alienate a section of Fems who might have different cheese likes to me.

I then couldn't lie about liking their cheeses to get inside their pants.

well you can do a lot with blue .. Maybe with pears and bacon in a salad .. or on a Blue cheese inside breast and little on top with cream in the over .. yumm xx and with rump myn like a sauce .So I always have blue in . x

This is probably the most difficult post I have seen on here to answer

Rocamadour made in France is one cheese I drool over.

Another is Barkham Blue.

Another is true Stilton using the original recipe.

The list could go on & be quite endless.

I love cheese, so many great ones around but there are also some badly produced ones.

yes some lovely blues on the Market xx I go to the cheese counter ask if I can taste and thay are always happy to let me .You can get into a cheese rut why I like to mix them up .

There is a bakers in Petworth with a Cheese room built into it.

There is logic to the room, but personally think it's a bit OTT.

I tend to buy cheese that suits my mood or the recipe I create using it.

Love a good nibble on cheese, just glad there are no mouses in the house that want to share it

After living in Portugal for a number of years, I have developed a taste for strong flavoured goats cheeses. Also I have we have a liking for strong French cheeses. As a rule of thumb, the smeller, the more complex the flavoured tend to.be. of course.all this cheese is washed down with a good glass or two of red wine!

The larger Sainsbury stores sell the first two, the latter I have only ever seen in cheese speciality shops, mainly abroad though
