It's summer, the season of fairgrounds, but would a ride on the dodgems, etc be the same if they only played modern stuff. Or has it got to be old stuff like Bill Halley's 'rock around the clock '?

I don't like fairgrounds, but the ones up here normally tend to play happy hardcore/EDM style music like you're at a gabba rave in the 90s

Same here! And they always put on a weird voice. What's that all about?

yuck! Can't think of anything much worse, maybe that's why you don't like them.

N-Joy - Anthem is the one that reminds me of the fair or La Tour - People are still having sex. They played that on a loop at a travelling fair in Rothsey, on Bute when I was there on holiday circa 1991. Haha, I'd forgotten about that long ago until now

Young girl by Gary Puckett and the union gap is fixed in my memory of fairgroundsback then.

That song couldn't be made today

Bedfuck

Drum n bass on some wacky wurlitzer.

I prefer Ace of spades, Chirpy chirpy cheep cheep by middle of the road.

Or Claire by Gilbert O'Sullivan while I smash my bumper car into another, while a I laugh manically ha ha ha.

Mob Scene by Marylin Manson for the kiddies merry go round.
