Don't go outside.

I've spent pretty much the last two days naked on the sofa binging Netflix.

I'm not risking sunburn or a sweaty ball sack.......😇😇

Get a cooling towel.

You soak it, wring it then snap it and put over your neck/shoulders. Due to the material having lots of surface area the evaporation of the water creates a cooling effect.
