Those that are struggling - What's the best way to get through?

I'm patiently waiting for 10 July when the two-month battle with HF is usually/finally over til next May!!

Mine isn't just hayfever but anything that can be inhaled triggers me, detergents, dust etc. Doused up with 180mg antihistamines.... every.single.day.

I have friends with similar allergies to those you mentioned. Sympathise and empathise - sounds very challenging.
