"Every day? You need different people in your life! It's rare that I see anything like that now that I don’t use social media (other than here). My sister was really bad for vague-posting on FBook, with just enough plausible deniability to save her bacon. She still hasn't learned how to have a calm, direct conversation to clear the air, and she's nearly 46 🤷♀️ N " 'every day'??! good point!! although of the comments already, nearly all look at the workplace, so there's an element of possibility! one of my 'faves' is the needless CC'ing of others into an E'mail chain to either avoid responsibility/accountability or 'inform' the higher-ups.

"I’m too simple a creature to notice a lot of petty behaviour. I do however believe a person is either passive or aggressive, just because someone is smiling at you doesn’t mean they are not being aggressive. " The smile is the passive part. It's trying to hide the aggression or at least make it seem more satirical. Hence the term.
