Do you measure your heart rate on apple watch or similar device? How high does it goes when meeting someone new to play with?

My RHR is usually 50ish, but with the right lady this will go up to 150+

My RHR is usually at 61/62, but during HIIT it can hit 165-170, highest I’ve seen is 182

My Apple watch tracks my heart rate and it is usually mid 50s. Been suffering from man flu for the past couple of days and you can see my resting heartbeat started to rise before I felt ill - it is pretty good at telling you when things are not good if you actually look at the data. I generally don’t.

I wear a garmin and it seems accurate enough, my heart rate changes dramatically either way so keep an eye on it.

Before I had a couple of years out with injury, my RHR was mid 40s, it's now 51. Now I'm back training again I think it will come back down a bit again. But I've never checked what my heart rate reaches during carnal activity. In fact I actually prefer to take my watch off so any notifications don't distract me 🤣

I've been looking for a good value= lower cost - watch that also does blood pressure but I never see them. The gym equipment I was on earlier added 50 extra to my HR earlier and I was shocked, thinking I'd responded poorly to the heat outside
