Ok I don't want to get into a legal to and why ... have no time or inclination

Women don't always win

Children if old enough can make up their own minds and see a lot of goes on

Screw you in the courts ?? why is it always about money ?? I left with 2 carrier bags and my child and gave him the house because I valued my sanity and her happiness over everything

You have options - doing this IS not going to make your life any better if you say its as bad as it is

One, the law has changed: your wife can't stop you seeing your kids or screw you financially. Stop being pathetic, if you really want to leave you can get free legal advice to find out where you stand.

I left my husband after losing 80% of my sight with no guarantee it would return. Went from a £20k to £250k mortgage with my fingers crossed I wouldn't loose my job with my sight.

I left 24 years of marriage with all my worldly goods and two kids in the back of a Ford transit. I didn't take a teaspoon out of the marital home. I was gambling: I would have slept under the Embankment than spend another night under the same roof as my ex, but I had to ensure if things went tits up the girls had a home to return to.

Ten years on my ex has sold the marital home for a small fortune and given me half the proceeds which came as a lovely surprise.

My point is, if you REALLY want to leave you'll not put excuses in your own path, you'd do it. You know that though don't you, why upset the status quo, cushy easy life at home, diversions on here!

Is there any reason why you wouldn't be able to see your kids?

If not separate and go see your own solicitor if things are so unhappy between you im sure it will rub off on your kids.

Also you said she cheated twice grounds for divorce there.

Five years ago, I caught my ex out having a relationship which had gone on for four years before I 'woke up'. I made the mistake of giving her a second chance, and after six months she got back in touch with him.

Before I had kids, I worked in a solicitors office and used to see women all the time in the office with kids in tow upset and/or crying because their marriage was finished and he was trying to "screw" them over. Obviously you are getting that effect, but like has been said you could separate or maybe try mediation? Im no expert, just a woman. Hope it helps

Yes you can't be forced into staying married. Get your ass down the solicitors and YOU file for divorce on the grounds of adultery if what you're saying is correct. At the same time get your solicitor to start a court order going to access your children. First up best dressed mate. So stop asking and start doing

Yes you can't be forced into staying married. Get your ass down the solicitors and YOU file for divorce on the grounds of adultery if what you're saying is correct. At the same time get your solicitor to start a court order going to access your children. First up best dressed mate. So stop asking and start doing "

In the UK adultery (i.e. sexual relations with a member of the opposite sex) is still grounds for an instant divorce, therefore you don't even need to move out, just file for divorce on the grounds of her adultery, and file for custody at the same time.

Of course if you have been able to get a meet from here or anywhere else then she could divorce you instead.

So why would you give up that advantage? get off this site, go look up UK family law instead, and come back as a single parent in a few months time.

simple answer, it is never ok to cheat no matter what circumstances, she has cheated on you so you have grounds for divorce you dont need her to agree, however if you then cheat you will lose them grounds.

I caught my ex cheating on me. granted we wasn't married but we do have 2 kids together, and no matter what happens both parents have equal rights. To their kids so what if Im now poor and living in a shared house i'd rather be here than lose my mind staying with her.

Don't cheat it doesn't help any1 from the moment u have kids its about keeping them safe and happy

Not healthy for the children being in such an unhappy enviroment

You cant take your money with you so far better to be happy and start a new life for yourself as long as you fight to see your children and have them visit and stay with you
