Carbs do not make you fat or make weight loss difficult.

Insulin does not drive weight gain as promoted by the hard core carnivore group.

Calories still matter in the carnivore diet, ear enough eggs, fatty meat and you'll gain weight.

Sould also add seed oils do not cause inflammation, no reliable studies to prove this.
