Then, I could walk up two hundred steps and do it again the next day.

Now, I can't.

See clearly without glasses.

Sadly it's largely all down to my job, so self inflicted as well as age related, but it would be nice not to have to pop them on every time I use my phone to avoid typos. 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

*specs suit me apparently though, so there is that.....😂😂

So many things! Open jars etc or anything that requires hand strength, wear heels, lift heavy things, get out of bed without something hurting. My body hates me 🤣

Wild Border Country of Herts & Middx !

Back injuries are an absolute bastard.

The muscle under my left shoulder blade "went" while playing football as a teenager. I used to enjoy going in goal and I felt it go one day while stretching to push a ball over the crossbar.

Every now and then, it reminds me that it's still there. It gave me some seriously bad grief just before Christmas, it flared up again, and to add to the discomfort was pinching a nerve which made most movements down my left arm quite painful.

It eventually eased off towards the end of January, but seems to have left a spot of permanent nerve damage this time, in as much as I still get pins & needles in the little finger of my left hand. Not painful but a tad irritating.

All I can say OP is take it easy and don't push yourself too hard
