"Back after a few years away from weights. Week 3 now. Have missed working out my lifts are unsurprisingly atrocious. Squat is down to 50kg, same as bench lol I have lost a few stone in weight to be fair but am wanting to regain some strength!" Muscle memory will kick in soon. Keep up the good work | |||

Put more reps in if you feel your missing out on kgs. Be more patient. Try a 1RM max every 4 weeks whilst you regain your mojo. Good luck and welcome back. | |||
