Returning to the gym

Back after a few years away from weights.

Week 3 now. Have missed working out my lifts are unsurprisingly atrocious. Squat is down to 50kg, same as bench lol

I have lost a few stone in weight to be fair but am wanting to regain some strength!

My observations would be these.

Be patient.

Nail your form.

Put more reps in if you feel your missing out on kgs.

Be more patient.

Try a 1RM max every 4 weeks whilst you regain your mojo.
