I’m not sure. As much as I love Shearer he got the same treatment as Harry Kane. He should have been sent off multiple times but was the FA’s golden boy.

He grew up on't Wybourn. If you're from the steel city, you know it was a tough, no nonsense place. RIP fella 🙁

Met once when I was younger, foolishly thought as I was shit at playing I could be a ref! He was an absolute gent! RIP
