I have not considered doing only fans. I feel it would be quite boring to have to keep making videos and taking photos and getting paid would make it a chore.

There's other sites which can be good for this. I was on one with just photos for a time where people paid to view. It involved more commitment than I could be arsed with. It was nice to cash in for photos that were something and nothing though!

In seriousness I do think people underestimate the amount of work that goes into this sort of thing. Not just producing original and engaging content, buying outfits and props, but promoting and marketing yourself, building a fan base, keeping them engaged and interacting with them so they spend money. It's a constant cycle of work. Especially when people steal your content and plaster it allover reddit so people can see it for free.

If young people are happy to let pretty much anyone in the world have access to them doing all sorts, then I guess that's up to them. It seems to be a fashion amongst the younger generation, but when it dies out, those pics and videos will remain online...As long as they've taken that into consideration, then that's cool. 😎

There was a British rower on there trying to earn a little extra money to get him to the Olympics, he got around £18k a year from sports UK which wasn't enough so made 'spicy' content Dec - Mar this year and earned £100k. They have now dropped him as a Brit representative because of it. I think hell be earning a bit more now with the press.

My son is a gamer and started out streaming on Twitch, now he does content creation for Twitch, YouTube and TikTok. At his height he was in the top 3% of streamers watched in America, he has his own clothing line and has had sponsorships from brands such as Oodie, Asus, Disney and Marval and is an affiliate of various mental health charities including CALM and MIND. He does promos for Sneak Energy drinks. He also does voice overs. He earns enough to cover his mortgage a month through streaming alone

Now he creates adverts on TikTok. That earns him silly money because once the advert has been created and uploaded he doesn't have to do anything as it pops up on peoples feeds through the algorithm. The money just clocks up each time the advert is watched. He earned £400 last month through it.

There is money to be made but it's taken him a good 7/8 years to get to this point

From a financial pov, it works as a side hustle, but as a main income you would have to be in the top 10% of models to make a nice living. You will also soon come to realise that most of your fans will speak to you worse than the blokes on fab (most of them are probably the same people 👀) and if you're not careful with your identity you will be most likely ostracised from many of your communities. So overall I don't think it's worth it, unless you are someone like Bonnie Blue who would go to the extreme to make as much money as possible.

I have had a few people approach me and ask of I would be interested in making content with them, like just on a 1 off basis (they clearly havent seen me naked).....

but it's always been a flat no from me.

1)I've got kids, other kids can be cruel, the fear of someone seeing it and then someone else and them eventually having horrid consequences for my kids like bullying etc isn't worth it.

2) I don't think I'd have a USP I'm not sure there is a market for chubby gingers covered in stretchmarks

3) I'm quite possibly the most unphotogenic human being on the planet

4) I definately don't have the confidence, I don't even really take selfies.

So I just couldn't do it.

At 19/20 I most probably would of done, bit it wasn't a thing back then.

I have no negative judgement for thise who do though, if you can make money from it, and do it well, then that's great.

But I couldn't
