We all like to receive occasionally

But as a rule are you told or being told

I’ll start

I’m a giver it’s more important for me that I’ve pleased rather than be pleased. Hope that makes sense high I’m toe knee

I enjoy receiving no matter how small a thing, gesture or whatever it might be. However I am naturally I think a giver, sometimes a bit too much that way but we are what we are. When you are naturally a giver you do so not expecting anything back and any appreciation of that is a bonus.
