"When not seeing the results you want A bit of a whinge. But also looking for some pointers if anyone has any? So I've been trying to eat better the past couple of weeks. I've switched from full sugar drinks to zero sugar. I've completely reduced my carbs and I've swapped chocolate for fucking rice cakes, which Ino longer. Actually, I'm so fed up with rice cakes I don't even eat them now. Yet the scales haven't fucking budged 🤯 I wasn't expecting it too fall of me but you know, just a 1lb here and there to make it feel like I'm actually getting somewhere. My motivation now is non existent so my question is how do you stay focused even when it seems you're no better off? Please help ![]() Try a gut medicine.
