Strange couple of days with good and not so good stuff happening but still more positive than I was a few weeks ago. Life is getting back on track slowly and taking steps to look after myself.

I always find I end up in dark places when I’ve not slept well, there is a reason sleep deprivation is considered torture. So make sure you get some.
